Hi, and welcome to my teaching page. My guitar lessons are aimed at intermediary and advanced guitarists who want to learn or expand their knowledge of blues, rhythm & blues, soul and (smooth) jazz material. The core of much of what I cover is a good solid knowledge of chords and intervals and how they can be applied to improving your solos, your rhythm guitar and your ability to collaborate with other guitarists or keyboard players without either getting in the way or doubling up on what's already being played. I teach out of the Good Stuff Guitar Shop in Martinez, and in some cases out of my home in Union City, depending on your location and scheduling.
