Erik Nielsen - Drums and Percussion

LA native by way of Danish immigrant parents, Erik has been drumming since the first grade and immersed in music all his life. On his way to becoming a well-known and respected entity in our local blues music and business scene, Erik spent ten years as a member of Grammy winner Queen Ida's road band.  As a veteran performing with such talents as The Sun Dogs, The Pointers Sisters and Elvin Bishop, he also supports the music scene having established a world class recording studio.  Erik's fresh approach never misses its mark as he provides the rock solid groove and pocket that propels Nightmare on Bourbon Street
